Semper Centrum does just this. At the heart of Semper Centrum’s solution is Semper Curiosity, a cloud-based SaaS platform to collect comprehensive, outcome-based, longitudinal patient data. This high-quality data is analysed using advanced Machine Learning algorithms to create risk prediction models. Semper’s Cardiac Digital Therapeutic app for patients applies these models and provides personalized and precise care to help manage risk and improve outcomes.
